County Diminutive Dan Onorato held a press conference today.  At the conference, he laid down like a dog in the face of a lawsuit challenging his plan to disburse Drink Tax collections for whatever pet project he might like instead of using the funds as intended by the state legislature, for the wasteful and inefficent Port Authority.  Although dismissing the lawsuit as “frivolous” when it was filed in late December, the County Diminutive acknowledged the plaintiffs’ victory limiting his ability to use Drink Tax funds for general budget needs.  He also stated that the County would not be appealing the Judge’s decision. 

So much for a frivolous lawsuit.
